The new 5-room homes have been designed to be functional and family-friendly: peresõbralikud ridamajad The terraced houses are spread over two storeys, have five rooms and feature individual underfloor heating and ventilation systems. Each property comes with two parking spaces in an enclosed courtyard.

The houses, designed in a contemporary architectural style, were planned by architects Aigar Roht and Kristjan Tükk of the architectural firm AB Korrus, whilst the landscaping design is by landscape architect Peep Moorast.

The energy performance certificate, based on the buildings’ energy calculations, corresponds to Class A.
